Morioh. A city that was peaceful, calm, and relaxing, unlike most of the other busier cities such as Tokyo, or those in New York in America. It's peaceful atmosphere was enough to make anyone smile, enough to make anyone relax. Well, it would, if it wasn't for the secret war between Stand Users that was occurring, and a hand fetishist that were causing murders all across the city and the countryside.
At least there was one good thing, and that was his... Uncle, for technicality terms. The Uncle that he didn't know that he had although he was around for quite the while. And that was part of the reason why Jotaro had came to this little city.
"Josuke. Coffee," he stated, pointing to the coffee on the table as the boy came down the stairs from his resting place. Jotaro's attention is focused on the newspaper in front of him, piles of photos and documents hidden underneath.

Josuke Higashikata
Josuke Higashikata Since everything began his life went upside-down very quickly. Whether it was something good or not, Josuke wasn't too sure about it yet. Being able to help to track down that psychopath was awesome, really, he felt like some kind of super-hero or one of those super-sentai he watched on TV sometimes. However, the loss of his grandpa was something he mourned until this day.
Not everything was bad, though. He got to know some awesome people and made a few amazing friends. And Rohan. Eh. Anyway! There was someone in particular he couldn't help but feel curious about.
Of course, that was his recently discovered nephew: Jotaro. The life overseas he never knew he had and the family he never thought he would ever even hear about from anyone who wasn't his mother and the stories she used to tell him.
Now, his relationship with Jotaro… Was awkward. A lot.
He respected him, but he was notoriously a man of few words meanwhile Josuke normally liked to talk… Not a lot, but more than his nephew seemed to do in a regular basis.
He was surprised to see him in his home this early, but he didn't questioned him. “Yo, Jotaro-san.” He raised his hand in a greeting manner as he went to take the coffee jar and refill Jotaro's cup. Since he was alredy on it, he also served one for himself. Walking towards the little table, he sat down in front of him. He wasn't much of a coffee drinker but it's not like he didn't liked it, so he took down a sip.
The silence was unnerving.
“So… You found anything interesting yet?” He asked; a little chit-chat won't do any harm, right? “Any trace of that bastard? Or any other stand user who could be a threat? Anything?”

Ōku Nomoji
Ōku Nomoji Jotaro nodded his head once to his uncle. It was still bizarre to call him that; it felt wrong, somehow. Maybe it was the fact that Josuke was over a decade younger than himself.. Maybe it was the fact that he was illegitimate. Either way, it was what it was, and he took it with a grain of salt.
Then again, if this was the most bizarre thing to have ever happened in his life, he would have been a very lucky man indeed. Unfortunately, that was far from the case, so he supposed he wasn't supposed to be here complaining in the end. It was just.. awkward and odd.
The Stand User had came to Morioh to search for the arrow that had given DIO his powers, on top of handling a situation where a Stand User killer was being in play - a man by the name of Angelo. He first ran into Josuke, not understanding who he was as the youth was being attacked by bullies. About to leave the train station, he saw the inevitable confrontation that led to the events of Josuke proving he was a Stand User.
From there, Jotaro had explained to him about the family situation, as well as the Stand User in Morioh, planning to state that the boy should keep his nose clear and only use Crazy Diamond if he had a need to do so... He never expected for his uncle to become a lead in this entire case!
Regardless, Jotaro was here for business, and it took a lot for him to open up. It took over a month of crisis after crisis, battle after battle, for him to even consider sharing a smile before with his other friends - JiiJii, Avdol, Polnareff, Iggy, Kakyoin.. It had been a while since he had been on an actual adventure of this sort, the life-altering, deadly ones that created a new bond with everyone that was involved.
The older male took the coffee that Josuke had made for him away, taking a sip of it quietly. His eyes narrowed at more of the paperwork, shaking his head slightly at the question that was offered.
"There have been a few complications," Jotaro stated, quietly as ever. Moving the newspaper aside, he handed over a file to Josuke.

Josuke Higashikata
Josuke Higashikata Josuke stirred his coffee a little while he waited for some answer. For a moment he thought Jotaro wasn't in the mood for talking and was ready to leave it like that and dwell himself away from the awkwardness of the situation.
Thankfully, even if a bit later than he would have wanted to, his nephew responded with just a few words. Hey, it was better than nothing, right? He wasn't that good at reading his expressions.
He took the file instantly, reading it as he sipped down his coffee. His left brow raised questioningly, dedicating a quick glance to the other in front of him. He appreciated his trust in him, but all of this was something he couldn't just guess from plain air. Even if he have learned a lot from this case and he got accustomed to the weirdness rather easily, as far as he knew he didn't know how to read somebody else's mind. Yet.
“… So, this is?” So he decided to ask directly. More simple. “I mean, I *know* this is our complication but… What's the deal? If we could beat the shit out those others stand users, this couldn't be any harder… Right?” He leaned over his chair, reading with more detail the file.
To be completely honest, he was pretty sure they could surpass every obstacle while it didn't have anything to do with ghosts. One ghost was just the experience of a lifetime he never wanted but had to pass through anyway, thank you very much.

Ōku Nomoji
Ōku Nomoji Jotaro turned his glance back towards Josuke as he sighed. It seemed that everyone was always for violence - like Jotaro was one to speak. After all, he was the one that was a literal delinquent, always willing to get involved in a brawl or something different as he was younger.
Still, the youth was not someone he wanted to have to deal with that kind of thought. Especially since Josuke was given a more kind soul than most of the others he had ever came in contact with.
Taking a sip of his coffee, he set it aside, turquoise eyes glancing into his uncle's quietly. Of course, he couldn't pull things out of nowhere, and Josuke wasn't necessarily the most intellectual of the two of them - at least he was a lot smarter than Okuyasu, or else everything would be at a loss.
"Beating up all of the Stand Users in the city will not help our cause," he stated, pointing a slight finger down at the file that was taken from him. "The more we point ourselves out, the more dangerous it will be for us from this point forward. We need to be more discreet."
After all, if the carrier of the bow and arrows found them, or even the serial killer himself, things could turn from dire to catastrophic really quickly, for everyone, including the innocent lives that they surrounded themselves with.
"For now, we need to investigate what is in this file as carefully as possible. I believe it has impertinent information we could use to our advantage."
