The blonde gave a soft laugh again, fiddling with the top hat in his lap. "Upon the name of my grandfather, Zeppeli, who left me with this hat, I swear to take you to get gelato and semifreddo one of these days again," he replied. It seemed she had a sweet tooth which was a good thing definitely; it seemed as though most of the people who enjoyed Italian food seemed to have a tiny bit of one at the very least.
"You should laugh more often, Signorita," he stated softly. "It is very becoming for you." He gave her an easy wink again, offering a hand to her and leading her over to their group. At the very least he was able to help her ease her thoughts, and he can tell at least for now, that she was not a threat in the slightest.
"Tomorrow is a day off, eh?" he asked. "Sadly, my companions and I were planning on setting off to our next stop tomorrow afternoon; do remind me to give you my number before I go so you can keep in touch." He took the hand he had been given, kissing it softly as a gentleman should.
"Oi, oi, who is the woman, Blondie?" Joseph asked, crossing his arms. He was far from a gentleman, but he wasn't totally rude either. He stood up from his chair, allowing the woman to be seated before taking his own place once more.
Caesar threw JoJo a dirty look, kicking him under the table. "Signorita, I would like you to meet Joseph Joestar, and my teacher, Lisa Lisa."
JoJo snorted at the use of his full name, punching Caesar lightly for the kick he had given him. "No need to call me by my full name; just call me JoJo. Everyone else does, and I am kind of partial to it." After all, it's what Granny Erina calls him. "You take the 'Jo' from Joseph and the 'Jo' from 'Joestar,''' he states. "Shouldn't be too hard to call me by something as easy as that."
The woman opposite JoJo turned her gaze to the other female, nodding her head. "Greetings to you. I am Lisa Lisa; it is an honor to meet you. I apologize if either Caesar or JoJo have caused you any distress; it was not in my intention to cause any disruption to this area."

Alex Mercer //While I'm waiting for our RP on my Doctor account to continue, figured we should do a Prototype crossover with Jojo if you're interested that is.
It been 12 months since a lethal viral outbreak occured in the city of New York which killed thousands of people and changed them into infected creatures. The man that was supposedly responsible for the outbreak was Alex Mercer, a former Gentek scentist who stole a vial of the Blacklight virus as insurance once Blackwatch began executing his colleagues and attempted to escape the city from Penn Station. Unfortunately Blackwatch cornered him at the station and in a fit of rage, Mercer threw the vial to the ground, breaking it and releasing the virus before being shot and killed by Blackwatch.
He was thought to have been dead until he awoke in a morgue inside the Gentek building, having no memory of his past but gained a multitude of powers, including increased speed, agility, strength, endurance, senses, and the ability to shapeshift. Within the 3 weeks that the virus spread throughout the city, Mercer began to look for answers while he became stronger with every person he consumed, taking their shapes and their memories. Eventually, Blackwatch planned to use a nuclear device on the city to be rid of the virus once and for all but was stopped by Mercer, who took it on a chopper away from Manhattan and dropped it into the harbor before it detonated.
Mercer was caught in the blast and was most likely killed, nothing but lumps of red tissue that washed up on shore. But he was able to take his human form again once a crow tried to devour him. Now having lost faith in humanity, Mercer left the city sometime after his work was done to travel the world in search of something to believe in.
Mercer has very pale skin, probably a result of being the Blacklight Virus since his skin while his eyes constantly have a sickly gray tinting around his light blue eyes. The "clothes" worn by Mercer aren't actually clothes, but Biomass, mimicking the outfit Alex Mercer wore to Penn Station on the night of his death. On his upper body he wears three layers of clothes: a button-up white shirt kept partially buttoned, a plain gray hoodie, and a black leather jacket with a red tribal design on the back. On his lower body he wears plain blue jeans and black shoes.
Mercer left the country for West Africa where he only found atrocities and tore the warlord responsible for them limb from limb before traveling to Russia where even though everyone treated each other with hospitatlity, it was but a facade. Now around the time of the 1 year anniversary of the outbreak in New York, Mercer has made his way to Rome.

Ōku Nomoji
Ōku Nomoji The afternoon had went by swiftly; JoJo's group and the woman having had simple, yet enjoyable, conversation with one another, and information that would assist them in getting around through the town. At least there was that to be thankful for; it wasn't perfect - far from it as a matter of fact - but at the very least it was something that they could enjoy.
"Ahh, Caesar!" Joseph stated, turning his attention towards the suave Italian across from him. "It seems that we are about to embark on yet another, bizarre journey into the sunset!"
The man removed his checkered hat, placing it on the table across from him. They had decided to find a hotel in order to rest for a small while before continuing their journey onward to find the Pillarmen that threatened to destroy their entire universe. Of course, there were plenty of atrocities that should not be allowed in the world, but at the same time, those needed to be fixed - not have the entire world destroyed and ruled by creatures of the night with an iron thumb.
Caesar reached forward for a glass of wine, holding it in his hand as he watched the liquid inside churn and rotate to the power of his Hamon, starting and stopping it as a minor practice of relation as he listened to the words.
"Always trying to make things snappy, aren't you, JoJo?" he asked, his tone soft, accent flowing smoothly. It was strange to see, indeed, the friend that he had created in this man, in this JoJo. A being that, before, he would have rather have seen dead than alive.. And now, here he was, fighting to save his life.
Noting the seriousness in Caesar's tone, Joseph attempted to not let himself get down as well. Instead, he was grinning brightly and pulling the other away with him, on outside into the chill, Italian air. "Come on, Caesar~! We are going to have some fun, for once!"

Alex Mercer Mercer had decided to explore the city since it had been his first time in Rome. His sister, Dana probably would have enjoyed being out of New York ever since the outbreak. But Mercer needed to be alone in his journey to search for an "anchor" to help him hold onto what was left of his humanity.
"Hand over all your money and ya won't get hurt." A man said to a woman in an alley which Mercer was passing by, threatening her with a gun. This was one of the many things which made Mercer despise humanity more and more each day. Mercer stood in the alley entrance with his hands in his pockets, his shadow casting into the alley which attracted the man.
"What the hell?" The man said as he turned around, giving the woman enough time to back away. "Don't come any closer asshole." The man then said as he aimed his weapon at the shadowed figure. Mercer of course ignored his empty threat and proceeded to walk towards him causing the man to fire. A fatal mistake on his part.
Moments later there was loud screaming coming from the alley. By the time anyone could see what had happened, the woman was cowering in fear and covered in blood while the alley had body parts and blood everywhere. The woman kept saying it was a monster who looked like a man tore the attacker into pieces with claws. By the time the authorities arrived at the scene, Mercer was long gone.

Ōku Nomoji Caesar and Joseph had finally left the hotel, Caesar walking along, keeping senses open, and Joseph being as jovial as ever. There were times where his personality still got on Caesar's nerves, but in all honesty, it were days like this that he remembered just how lucky he was to have JoJo as a friend. Surely, Joseph was frightened out of his wits; that much should have been obvious. A ring around his heart, and another around his throat, both filled with the poison of Ancients that would destroy him in a few moments without even a moments' hesitation... and yet, he was still willing to try to pretend to be as happy as he possibly could. It awed Caesar in all honesty.
Yells escaped from an alleyway close by to where the two Hamon Users were walking. Pointing towards the alleyway, Caesar frowned darkly. "JoJo. Something is going on," he stated, frowning towards the other side of the street.
Instantly, Joseph's jovial sense of playfulness disappeared, his eyes glaring with seriousness. He knew what Caesar was thinking, and if his Italian friend was correct... something could have occurred that made matters a lot worse than positive.
Racing over towards the scene, the two men stopped short, eyes widening at the scene before them. It didn't irk them, really, or disgust them. They had seen far, far worse, far, far closer to home. All the same, the screams of the woman only amplified the feelings of urgency that ran through Caesar's chest.
"A Pillarman?" he questioned, turning his attention to Joseph.
The Joestar shook his head. "It could be, but why leave a sign of the crime, Caesarino?" he asks, placing one hand on his hip, the other cupping his chin in a thinking pose. "I think there is something else going on."
Great. A new threat; that was all the three saviors of the world needed.. Regardless, Caesar frowns, walking on towards the woman that was screaming. "Signorita, Signorita, breathe," he stated, verdant orbs pooling with a soft emotion, his tone softening even more as he calmed the upset woman. Italian notes hung in the air, soft smile crossing his features. "Tell me more about this man; I will make certain he does not bother you again."

Alex Mercer //I know it's not much but here's a reply.
The woman was able to calm down as she began describing how she was being attacked in the alley when a hooded man showed up. The attacker warned him to stay away but he didn't listen and fired at him, yet the bullet did nothing to the hooded man. She then describes how the hooded man's arms turned into claws before slicing her attacker into pieces like paper. She was surprised that the "monster" as she called him left her alone before suddenly vanishing.
Mercer on the other hand was watching from a rooftop not too far from the scene. While everyone else seemed to be disgusted by the scene, the two speaking to the woman were not. This caught the attention of the sentient virus. There was something different about the two that placed them a bit above the average human being yet Mercer couldn't place his finger on what it was.

Ōku Nomoji
Ōku Nomoji Caesar frowned as he heard the story that was weaved from the woman. She was still too far into hysterics, even with her being calmer, for her to be able to lie and make this up. Truth be told, she could be even hallucinating, but the Italian and Joseph both knew that that was not the case. There were people who could do things like this, creatures that weren't even supposed to be in this world...
"Ah, Signorita, it seemed that he was going after the man for being your attacker, although it does not make sense as to why he would cause this much of a mess within public view," he stated, giving her a soft smile as he continues to help calm her down. Turning his attention towards Joseph, he nods once, urging him to take a look around the city.
The Hamon User nodded his head once towards his Italian friend, his eyes taking a look around all of the faces on the streets; maybe one of the faces that seemed more impassive would be the one who had caused all of this mess.
Suddenly, his eyes landed on a man that was standing on a rooftop, not too far away. He headed back towards Caesar, placing a hand on his shoulder, and whispering to him information that was necessary for finding him.

Alex Mercer //Sorry I haven't replied in a while. I've been busy with things at home.
Mercer had noticed one of the men had spotted him and decided it was time to "introduce" himself. Leaping off the rooftop, Mercer landed on the street in front of them, his feet leaving cracks in the ground where he landed. The woman screamed and pointed at Mercer, saying that he's the "monster" who killed her attacker. Mercer could care less about what humans thought of him. He's been called many things, a killer, a terrorist, calling him a monster was no different.

Ōku Nomoji [~Caesar Zeppeli~]
Sharp eyes of Aquamarine land upon the figure that had finally decided to descend from his hiding place. The orbs narrow slightly as he places his hands close to his side, his body free and ready to move should a battle ensue. He had been through too many tight spots to just relax and breathe as things were going now.
"... I see. So you are the one that caused so much trouble for the Signorita," he states, his hand crossing his nose in a pose for just a bare second. Too swift to even have been considered a true movement.
[~Joseph Joestar~]
The happy go lucky man grinned a little at the other, turquoise gaze glancing the man up and down. "You don't look like a monster, but maybe you need to shine those pearly whites my way. You look too serious, far too serious!"
His hands waved in odd motions, finally ending with him making a camera with his fingers. "Come on, come on! Smile for the camera, pretty boy!"
[~Caesar~]
The Italian punched his friend's arm lightly, shaking his head once. "What happened here?"

Alex Mercer Mercer simply gives the happy go lucky man a cold stare for a moment before turning his attention to the Italian. "Well, what the woman told you was true. She was being attacked and the monster stepped in to do what it does best." Mercer spoke in a cold tone of voice as he crossed his arms. "Today's incident has just given me another reason to despise you humans..."

Caesar frowned as he listened to the other, crossing his arms himself as he glanced upon the features. It seemed that this man wasn't a human, although it was clear that he also wasn't a vampire. It was an interesting concept to think about, something that was concerning in the end - if he was a foe that would cause more harm than good, what would they have to do to end up destroying him?
If he wasn't a vampire, there wasn't a guarantee that Hamon would work; after all, he wasn't melting in the full on sunlight that was surrounding them.
"Not all humans are trash, thank you," Caesar states, verdant eyes narrowing slightly.

Alex Mercer Mercer let out a small laugh as he lowered his arms to his sides. "You may say humans are no different. But deep down, you're all the same." Mercer said as he began to approach the Italian, ignoring his happy go lucky friend. He knew these two were different than normal humans and wanted to soon put their skills to the test.
